"Welcome to McDonalds, may I take your order?"

"Yes, I'd like a 10-piece McNugget."

...next the customer pays, is told they are out of the McNuggets and she calls 911 3 times...

I agree with the "CRAzy lady, I can't go to best buy and buy a TV and them have them tell me that the TV I bought was just a display and then they keep my money or give me store credit, I don't want a fridge or a stereo I went there to buy a TV not the third season of gilmore girls, worst show ever; I want my TV.

Long story short I am on the CRAzy lady's side. YOU?

I kinda agree with Brian, but 911 is definitely not the way to go. You ask to speak with the manager, then you call your credit card company to void the purchase. But that's not really why I'm writing this. I want to know if you are up for restarting our devotional.

911 is for emergencies and for this lady...it was an 'EMERGENCY!' While I agree that's messed up, I do agree with the fact that McDonald's was dumb-she didn't order an empty box of nuggets...she order a 10 piece and was told no-I'd be upset myself. I would've got out of my vehicle-parked it in drive-thru and walked inside to talk to a manager. That's what I would've done.
